Scope
The company Carlos Silva – Moldes Unipessoal, Lda., established in 2012, defines the Privacy Policy, which applies exclusively to the collection and processing of personal data made by the company CS Moldes and is complementary to the terms and conditions mentioned in supply contracts, service provision or other similar contracts.
The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), approved by the European Parliament in May 2016, comes into force from 25 May 2018. CS Moldes is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and the users of its digital platforms with the objective of affirming its commitment to the privacy and protection of personal data and to conduct itself in strict respect and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
